  20. Blinex is public domain (Remember: IdeaList is Shareware!).
  21. It may be copied and used by everyone. The condition is to copy the COMPLETE 
  22. and  UNCHANGED contents of the folder BLINEX.

  29. Blinex ("Blank LINes EX") is a tiny tool for ASCII files.
  30. What does it do?
  31.  
  32. 1) Blinex removes unnecessary blank lines.
  33.  
  34. 2) Blinex  changes  "exotic" line end markers to the usual format (CR LF) or 
  35. to other markers.
  36.  
  37. 3) If wished Blinex removes surplus blank characters at the line end.
  38.  
  39. 4) Blinex converts between four different ASCII font tables.
  40.    There  also  is an option of writing using a seven bit table (ASCII 128 - 
  41.    255)  are converted as well as possible) or creating LaTeX output for the 
  42.    German  'umlauts'  (Ä  -> "A). The characters 1 - 31 may be filtered too.
